People have been asking about the fish.  "What is the fish?" seems to be a popular question.  We tasted the flounder and liked it.  But, we have it on good authority that the swordfish is to die for.  So Steph will taste the swordfish next week and will decide.  It'll either be the flounder or the swordfish.
